Wine Dinner September 22nd , 2020

6:30 at PaPa Dio’s Wine Bar

Appetizer: Jumbo Sea Scallops and shrimp Florentine

Sea Scallops and jumbo shrimp sautéed in butter, lemon, white wine, capers and spinach

 

Salad: Chef’s Table Salad

Romaine hearts, Chinese cucumbers, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, red onion, and fresh dill. Tossed with EVOO and balsamic vinegar, salt, and fresh ground pepper.

 

Entrée: Stuffed Beef Tenderloin

Beef Tenderloin stuffed with a vegetable compote served medium rare on garlic mashed potatoes topped with a veal demi-glace and honey glazed bacon-wrapped carrots.

 

Dessert: Pizzelle Fruit tart

Chocolate pizzelle cookie crust, mascarpone cheese, and custard filling with poached pears, marinated strawberries, and raspberries.
